Commission Prices

General Info:
• Commission is to be requested through the contact form, Email, DM, or Ko-Fi.• Usage of the model/art for NFTS is strictly prohibited• There will be an extra charge for commercial works• I reserve the right to decline any commission requests.• Complex characters/ complex requests will be an extra charge.Payment • Refunds • Cancellations:
• All payments will be in USD• I accept payments through Paypal or Ko-fi.• Paypal payments will be made through the Invoice system• Once a sketch has been started, I DO NOT accept refunds or chargebacks.• You may cancel a commission if payment has not been made, or if the commission has not been started.• I will only start on the commission after receiving 50% of the payment amount.• Payment is expected to be made once we finalized our agreement.• Additional characters will cost the standalone price unless stated otherwise.-- On rare occasions: refunds are allowed if I have not started the commission within 3 monthsTurnaround Time
• Turnaround time varies from 3 weeks to 2 months for all commissions• If a rush is requested, a rush fee will be included (Note: rush projects are not always available, please ask directly if you need it done by a deadline)• Depending on the complexity/type of work requested, some may be delivered faster or slower.Commercial Rights:
• Additional fees will be applied if requested for Commercial Use• All profits made from the use of my illustrations will belong to the Commissioner unless agreed upon otherwise.• Illustrations used for streaming will be counted as commercial use.• If requested Cancellation upon a job in progress, refunds will only be applicable if the job has not been started. Depending on the progression of the job, partial refunds may be allowed.• Initial deposits will not be refunded.• A contract will be provided before the job is started and only when both parties (commissioner and artist) have signed (and costs have been finalized) will I start. Please be sure to adhere to the contract.

Permission • Copyright • Usage (non-Commercial)• You are NOT allowed to edit, trace or modify my art unless stated so.• You are NOT allowed to distribute any of my art for anyone else to freely use/edit on any site.• You are NOT allowed to make commercial merchandise of my art unless permission is given, or if it has been a commercial request.• You are NOT allowed to claim/credit my art as your own.• Please credit me as "Jellihu" everywhere.• If uploading onto Twitter, please credit/Tag me @Jellihu_Other:• If you are not satisfied with the finished product, you are NOT allowed to issue a refund.• If you are not satisfied with the finished product because of a forgotten/wrong detail or color, etc. It will only be corrected if it has been stated/shown in your reference and NO refunds will be issued.• You are responsible for saving the image file once sent.• I have the right to post your finished commission image (NOT full res) with commission watermarks on any of my social media.• I have the right to post speed paints/painting process videos of your commission on my social media. (If you would not like your commission to be posted please tell me beforehand.)• I have the right to post completed commission works as examples in my Portfolio. (Please let me know if you would like to keep the commission private.)• If you fail to abide by my ToS, you will be blacklisted from any future commissions.Commercial Rights for Vtuber models:
•By requesting a Vtuber model you hereby acknowledge and sign a contract with me agreeing to my term of service.• If requested Cancellation upon a job in progress, refunds will only be applicable if the job has not been started.
